How To Connect With Anyone!

At Inspire Photo Retreat, a huge influence in my life, Amy Deputy asked the folks in the room to turn to someone next to them and without laughing, giggling look at the other person in the eyes. She had us take a deep breath and even close our eyes for a bit to be able to let go of our stuff and really look at this person in front of us. It’s not easy! Especially with a stranger yet immensely powerful.

As photographers, we ask our clients on a daily basis to be this vulnerable with our camera. I hope that you’ll watch this video and even maybe try it with someone!
