Carla and Jason were married on the Island of Martha’s Vineyard and their theme was, “Save the date, save the dog.” Best Friends Animal Society featured their wedding story and I believe Carla ended up going out to Utah to visit Best Friends Animal society after her wedding. This was my first trip out to the Vineyard thanks to friend and fellow photographer who referred this wedding to me, Nicole Friedler.
It was an awesome wedding weekend and GREAT first trip out to the Vineyard.
Between the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner, I met up with the group the night before the wedding to capture portraits along their walk to the restaurant. Their event took place in Edgartown, Massachusetts. A beautiful village with so many wonderful places to capture people. It’s an adorably sweet place to visit.
I also LOVED Carla’s Mom. From the minute we first spoke about the wedding, it felt like a great fit to work together. She sent a really lovely note after seeing the wedding day slideshow.
