This Saturday, I had the chance to meet and hang out with one seriously amazing couple, Molly Walker and Ben Harris. Need I say more . . . their names say it all. Love them. Molly and Ben are from Massachusetts and we’ve only spoken over the phone. I tend to feel a great connection with most of my clients and Molly and I really hit off on the phone. She’s a dream bride and I’m very thankful they found me. They brought me FLOWERS which almost made me cry and they also brought their adorable pup, Brewsky, who loved running around in the studio.
They knew they wanted a downtown feel to their engagement session so when they saw Caroline and Brian’s session from last week, we chose to walk through the Old Port. It was absolutely 100% freezing on Saturday. We had intense winds and the closer we got to the water it was obviously worse. Thankfully, they LOVE to look at each other because otherwise hair was everywhere! These two make my heart melt . . . they are so much in love and were a breath of fresh air to be around. Here are some of my favorite images!
We headed over to the Western Promenade to play with Brewsky. This is where we all froze! I swear I didn’t thaw out until Monday. It was the coldest, windiest photo shoot of my career! I told them that we won’t remember the cold when looking back but I think I lied. I think I’ll always remember this as being CHILLY yet look at them!! They are so warm and cozy!!
Molly and Ben . . . I’m so thrilled you have found each other and are building a beautiful life together. I feel so blessed that our paths have crossed and so excited to photograph your wedding in Maine!! xoxo . . .
