Spring Samoset Wedding

70 guests took a trip to Rockport, Maine to witness a spring Samoset wedding of the lovely Kristen and Luke.  I could gush about these two.  Such a great story – both attended Bentley college, saw each other on the bus commuting to work and then officially met at a bar in downtown Boston.  He proposed on their three year anniversary {smart man} while they were in Newport, Rhode Island.  You couldn’t ask for better weather or bluer skies on their wedding day.  I’ve never seen the water so calm and I think this was a reflection of who they are as a couple.  I had a great time working with Kristen and Luke, their family and friends and of course the staff at the Samoset Resort.  My coverage began the night before their wedding.  I caught the tail end of their rehearsal and an hour of coverage during their cocktails before dinner.  I love meeting everyone the night before and find that the wedding party and families are so much more at ease in front of the camera.  Big thanks to the wedding party crew for being awesome!
