I was referred to this wedding by the Groom’s mother, who I met through my favorite fitness class at the gym. She was so sweet to refer me to her son, who happens to be a very talented guy.
The Bride and Groom both got ready at the venue, The Barn at Flanagan Farm. Tina and William were surrounded by their friends and family as the rest of the guests arrived and took their seats outside the barnhouse.
The bare trees and autumn colors surrounding the venue made for a gorgeous ceremony space. A thin layer of snow was on the ground when Tina walked down the aisle, and it was a little cold, but everyone bundled up in the wool blankets that were provided for them.
As the sun set, guests filed into the barn for the reception to enjoy some of the best food in Portland. The groom was the previous co-owner of Pai Men Miyake, which is one of my favorite restaurants.
The lights, decorations, and presentation of the reception were top notch! Shout out to the wedding stylist, Maine Seasons Events, for doing such a fantastic job. It was definitely a cozy, classy affair.
Here’s a bonus photo of the groom’s father and his best friend helping to carry my equipment out at the end of the night. These two cracked me up.
