Happy Monday! The weather is unbelievable in Maine. Yesterday, it was 76 degrees and it felt like I was walking into a whole new world. The flowers and leaves are all blooming and the landscape is taking a different shape. Just lovely to experience my first spring back on the East Coast this way . . . enjoying every minute and taking time to take it all in. Today, I’m crunching on a big to do list before I begin a week of travel for photo sessions. I’m always looking for inspiration while I’m working, whether it be getting outside and experiencing nature, grabbing a coffee with a friend, people watching and/or listening to music. Speaking of music . . . .HELLO, Cat Power. So, today my inspiration is love. Holy cow, I have had this delightful opportunity to get to know this couple and I’m just always blown away by their chemistry. Zac and Tracy . . . were married September 2008 and from the minute I met them, I felt a new sense of inspiration. The way they live their lives, speak to each other, LOOK at each other is just . . . in a nutshell . . . crazy beautiful!!
While I was in California in March, I got together with these two and with the help of the ever so fabulous, Tashena Burroughs and Shannon Henry of Studio Carré we had a little sesh in the marshes of Del Mar. The session was also filmed which I’m positively sure will be hilarious in many ways yet for now I share this love inspiration with you on this Monday to remind you to go love who you love even more today.
