During my walk to the studio today, I thought about how I used to meet with couples wearing flip flops and now it’s snow boots. Happy Sunday! While the rest of the East Coast uncovers from a blanket of snow . . . Maine is just sweeping the steps. We didn’t get very much snow which seems completely odd to me how there was a blizzard going on south of Maine and we didn’t get to experience it too. Most people would say. . . “Ah what are you complaining about, it’s good it missed us.” I don’t know . . . I guess I just like being buried under a blanket of beautiful snow. I think winter is the most romantic time of year!
Today, I had the pleasure of meeting with a new couple, Autumn and Jeff who braved the blustery weather to come have a visit with me at the studio. We sipped hot cocoa and they shared with me how they met. Her description lead to her saying, “You know, we were just like a seat belt.” and she used her hands “We just clicked.”
She said, “When you know, you know.”
I thought that the seat belt reference was very cute and I do hear that when you know, you know a lot. So, I’m thinking it’s true. 😉
I grabbed a quick shot of them before they left to capture what a winter day on Spring Street looks like. May I add . . . a freezing Sunday in winter on Spring Street.
Autumn and Jeff :
It was great to meet you two! Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed a day in Portland!
